Friendships 2.0… come see
The exhortation to have deeper friendship is echoed throughout scripture. We call these Front Row Friendships. In fact, approximately 30% of scriptures are related to God’s teaching’s on how to succeed in relationships and inspirational examples like David and Johnathan, and Ruth and Naomi.
But in western Christianity, these are seldom practiced. Instead, we settle for what we call second- and third-row friendships—which are valuable—but they don’t offer the same pleasure and accelerated growth as Front Row Friendships.
